We take great pride in our after-sales service, ensuring that most faulty returns are processed directly by our dedicated in-house Service Centre. Most products, except for workwear, come with minimum 12-month parts and labour guarantee.

If your product is faulty within the abovementioned warranty period, please notify us as soon as possible*. In the first instance, we shall repair or replace the individual faulty component. If a repair or replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be offered as a credit to your account. All Serenco's branded products, including but not limited to Powerhand and BOXO, will be supported for two years after the product has been made obsolete; this includes goods sold with limited lifetime warranties. A proof of purchase (invoice or despatch note) and proof of the date of supply to your customer (receipt) must be supplied with any returns being claimed under warranty. Invoices can be found and downloaded anytime via the Serenco Customer Portal. Goods returned without proof of sale will not be processed and will be returned to you. The following will not be covered under warranty:

  • Faults arising from fair wear and tear, abuse or misuse.
  • Goods altered or used for purposes other than those for which they are intended.
  • Faults arising from neglecting to follow the manufacturer’s instructions or usage guides
  • Consumable items including but not limited to those branded ‘Force’, screwdriver bits, drill bits and blades.


*Since January 2024, we have no longer been an official repair agent for Ingersoll Rand or HiKOKI. Please refer to the manufacturer’s website for all warranty claims or to arrange a repair outside of the warranty.

Express Warranty Service

To provide distributors with a quick and efficient service, Serenco’s Express Warranty Service is available on all BOXO hand tools, which are covered by a limited lifetime warranty (shown in bold in the above table). There’s no need to return the faulty goods unless specifically requested, and we will send a FOC replacement straight to you. Standard carriage charges apply to Express Warranty orders that are not placed with a normal stock order.

  1. Contact Customer Services with the part number(s) of the Express Warranty item
  2. Customer Services will generate a separate Express Warranty Order and add replacement FOC
  3. Could you not return the faulty parts to us. Please dispose of these responsibly.

Products Outside Of Warranty

Our no-obligation repair quote service is available for most products we sell.

  1. Inspect and provide a quotation for the repair.
  2. If the quotation is accepted, the repair is carried out and invoiced on completion. In most circumstances, we will return the repaired item to you using DPD.
  3. If the quotation is not accepted, we will return unrepaired goods and invoice the applicable carriage charge. We can also dispose of the item at the customer’s written request.
